Objective

To determine the survival of Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium in the drinking water without and with the presence of seven (7) different products in the environment of a poultry house

Products Tested

Six (6) products were mixtures of organic acids such as formic, lactic, propionic, citric and other product was Nutra OPA 20™, containing Nutra OPA 20™ as the active ingredient

Conclusions
